My current position is based in the Moscow regional office, where my principle responsibilities are to oversee the engineering element of approximately 10 new hotels per year from design through to construction, and to lead the engineering operations for 56 hotels in the region. My key achievements have been to:  Review, comment and advise on the design and construction of engineering systems across multiple projects simultaneously, to ensure the quality of the executed works comply with quality standards.  Monitor engineering data from 56 existing hotels to achieve optimal efficiency of consumption and engineering systems, and motivate hotel engineers to strive for continuous improvement.  Undertake inspections of potential hotel acquisitions to audit the engineering systems and provide recommendations on required improvements and levels of investment.  Undertake regular inspections of existing hotels in the portfolio to audit engineering systems, maintenance regimes and identify areas for investment which provide a good ROI.  Project management of numerous hotel engineering projects including procurement of designers and contractors, and including the oversight of project cost, schedule and quality.  Planning and implementing a region-wide strategy to cluster repair and maintenance contracts in order to gain economies of scale and reduce costs to hotels.  Implementing corporate initiatives across the region to reduce energy and water consumption in hotels.  Regular reporting and presentations to the Carlson Rezidor executive board and hotel owners to advise on the results of implemented engineering strategies.

Position: Mounter of air ventilation systems Report to: HVAC Engineer Wide specter of objects (300m2 - 6000 m2) among the region Responsibilities: Mounting of air ventilation systems with variety level of difficulty and purposes (industrial, technological, common, supplying etc.) Indoor and outdoor mounting. Installation and connection of ventilation plants up to 45.000 m3/hour, mounting of low-voltage lines, automatically-regulated systems and dispatcher rooms.
